The Bednorz Seal with laser engraving is primarily used for securing TIR cable end pieces on tarpaulin trucks, box trucks, railway wagons, tankers, containers, as well as crates and other packages. It is extremely versatile in its application.

This metal band seal, developed by us, is made of matte galvanized sheet steel. The seal is ISO PAS 17712:2013 certified and design ensures a high level of tamper resistance. The main body is manufactured from a single piece, preventing the seal from being taken apart and reassembled.

To close the seal, the band end is bent forward, and the oval opening is aligned with the pin. Both parts of the seal head must be pressed together until a clearly audible "click" sound is heard. Once closed, the integrity of the seal can be checked by moving the sealing band. The closure of the Bednorz Seal with laser engraving leaves no room for any kind of tool tips, making manual opening without leaving traces impossible. The raised edge provides additional protection for the closed seal (see instructions for applying and inspecting the Bednorz Seal).

As a standard marking, the Bednorz Seal with laser engraving features a prefix and a sequential 7-digit numbering, which is also repeated in a Code 128 barcode.

A side cutter is required to remove the seal.
