The Carat seal is an innovative meter seal made of polycarbonate. Its design is composed of two pre-assembled parts: a transparent body with holes for the sealing wire, and a locking insert that secures the wire in the casing by pressure. The seal is available in various transparent and fluorescent colors. The transparency allows for the integrity of the locking mechanism and the wire to be checked at any time. Thus, unauthorized access attempts or manipulations are immediately visible from the outside. Should such attempts be made, the seal leaves clearly recognizable traces of tampering, which serve as evidence of an attempted unauthorized access. The laser engraving of the individual number through the surface of the material prevents the falsification of the individual number and the seal itself.

Each Carat seal becomes unmistakable through its unique numbering. The numbers are lasered both on the casing and on the locking insert.
