Quarter Turn Series 5700

The 5700 series is a vibration-proof disk quarter turn fastener with a tightening range of 10 mm. Thanks to its simple and cost-saving single-hole installation, it is used in heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipement as well as on construction and machine tools. The lock is supplied with a star grip, slotted head, hexagon socket or square head.

Function:
By turning the head clockwise, the spring-supported stepped washer engages behind the frame and pulls the door closed. Thanks to the large tightening range of 10 mm, there are no problems when using seals. The resilient pressure ensures it vibrate open.

Installation:
To fix it in the door, just drill a 16 mm Ø hole at a distance of 23 mm from the frame, insert the bolt and insert the spacer sleeve one after the other from the back, the locking disc and the two disc springs pushed on. The bolt is then tightened with the self-locking nut so that it can be turned easily.
