Locking bolt Series 900

Quarter turn fastener for cover flaps on agricultural machinery, compressors and other highly vibrating machines, as well as for connecting busbars. The fastener is supplied with hexagonal and lens head or star, wing or toggle handle.

Function:
By a 1/4 turn, the through bolt with cross pin is axially tensioned against the disc springs by the curve in the lower part. At the end of the curve, the cross pin engages.

Assembly:
Drill a hole of Ø16 mm through the cover plate, push the locking bolt through and secure it from the back with the retaining washer. For fastening the bottom part
two fastening holes 3.2 Ø and a centre hole 20 Ø are drilled according to the hole pattern of the bottom part and this is screwed or riveted on.


Material:
steel galvanised and yellow chromated, rustproof design in V2A.
