This version of the PL 95 ring seal is used to secure gas and water fittings.
It is used in combination with sealing clamps to secure connection nuts on gas and water meters.
This indicative seal is made of polyethylene and has a locking mechanism made of the temperature-resistant plastic acetal, which is integrated into the seal flag. To close the seal, the end of the sealing tape is inserted into the locking mechanism of the seal flag. This creates a ring with a fixed diameter.
In addition to a consecutive 6-digit number, the seal flag can also be printed with a barcode, logo or short text of up to seven characters.The PL 95 can be removed with a simple cutting tool.
