The Marvik is versatile, in particular it is used to mark small containers, bags and fittings.

Marvik is made of aluminum and is always used in combination with a plastic, copper or galvanized iron wire or hemp cord (see accessories). To apply the seal, a piece of wire or cord is threaded into the seal opening. After a simple knot has been made at the desired height for attaching the seal, the wire is placed in the center of the Marvik, which is then pressed together by hand.

The seal can be removed again with a wire cutter or a simple cutting tool.
