Tyden Plombe

The metal tape seal Tyden seal can be used in many ways. In particular, it is used to secure the TIR rope end pieces of tarpaulin trucks, box trucks, rail wagons, tank trucks and containers as well as boxes and other packages. In connection with the variably cut Bednorz extension Sealing openings that are as far apart as desired can be connected; and with its significantly smaller width and thickness, the Bednorz extension can also serve as an "adapter" if the sealing openings for the Tyden seal are too small.

The Tyden seal is made of tin-plated sheet steel and, with its strap thickness of 0.3 mm, is suitable for very narrow seal openings. To close, the end of the sealing tape is inserted into the locking mechanism in the spherical seal body until it clicks into place. This creates a ring with a fixed diameter. You will hear a click when the Tyden seal engages.

By default, it is identified by embossing a letter and a 6-digit sequential number. This can be supplemented by a short text of up to 16 characters (see the "Individual" tab above).

A side cutter is required to remove the seal.
