The IP Seal High Security bolt seal is designed for securing shipping containers, box trucks, railway wagons and other large transport containers.
The IP Seal is a high security seal whose bolt and locking chamber are made of plastic-coated steel.
When applied, the moulded plastic of the bolt and the locking chamber interlock. This anti-spin locking mechanism offers the highest protection against tampering, known as Anti-Spin Safety or ASS.
For added security, the bolt and the locking chamber of the IP Seal are marked with the same 6-digit consecutive number, and are connected by a plastic link. A bar code, a logo or a company name can be added on request.
The IP Seal is fastened by pushing the 8 mm diameter bolt into the locking chamber until it snaps shut.
Bolt cutters are required to remove the seal.
