Waterproof Twist Lock Fastener Series 5900

Waterproof twist-lock fastener meets IP 65 for control cabinet, air conditioning and machine industries. The fastener is supplied as standard with a VDE safety head (DIN 43668), star grip, square or triangular head. Other head shapes on request

Function:
By turning clockwise, the locking bolt, which is limited in its movement to 90 °, engages behind the frame and locks the door or flap. A clamping range of 3-50 mm is covered by 24 different cranked bars. Other bar offsets and bar lengths are available.

Assembly:
For attachment, a hole corresponding to the prescribed assembly hole is punched. The lock is inserted through the hole with the locking bolt first. The nut is also threaded onto the twist lock and tightened.
