Multi-purpose sash-fastener for hatches and locker doors on machines and containers. With its large clamping range ideally suited where seals are involved or for wider tolerances The lock is delivered with star grip, square or slot bolt M6. 

Function:
By turning in a clockwise direction, the bolt is placed into the locked position. If the lock is turned further, the thread will tighten the bolt, the door will be pushed against the frame. When turning counter-clockwise, the bolt will return to the open position, the door will open. In comparison to other sash-fasteners, the bolt is closed form fitting, which is particularly important in case of sticky or stained rubber seals. The variable clamping range is 6 mm. The clamping range of -1 to 33 can be covered with 7 shaped locking latches.

Assembly:
For assembly, drill a center hole of 18 mm Ø or 12,5 mm Ø as well as the mounting holes into the door. The lock will be screwed or riveted. Since the casing is made of steel sheet metal, it can also be affixed by welding or spot welding. Please be sure to keep a minimum distance for bolt no. 4, 5 and 6 of 23 mm.
