New at Bednorz: Certified Tacho Seals

Since March 1, 2022, new EU regulations regarding the use of seals for securing tachographs in all commercial vehicles have come into effect.

Only security seals certified by an accredited laboratory and compliant with the EN 16882: 2017 standard may be used. These seals have undergone rigorous and demanding tests in accordance with EU guidelines and are approved by the JRC – Joint Research Centre. As a visible sign, these certified seals bear a raised "T" on the seal body.

In our range, we offer you three EN 16882: 2017 certified tachograph seals, which differ in size and design. In their development and production, we have remained true to our commitment to quality. We guarantee high-quality materials and careful manufacturing. Both products also offer easy handling thanks to the wire attachment on the seal body.

By using these tachograph seals, you sustainably protect your vehicle's tachograph against criminal activity. Any attempt at tampering is clearly indicated, and the unique sequential numbering allows for traceability over an extended period.
